To initiate a return:
- Please contact our customer service team within 30 days to request a return authorization.
- Once your return is approved, please follow the provided instructions to return your item.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
- Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving return authorization.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error.
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
To exchange an item, please return it in accordance with our return policy. Once the return is accepted, you may proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item you wish to receive.
