Livets träd med flerfärgade ädelstenar dinglar charm

I bought a bracelet with Bible charm attached with safety chain, together with the jewish hand charm for protection, tree of life charm, a little girl with tory charm, and daughter heart charm. I chose this for a relative to either use on her charm bracelet with company with a similar name, and which they will fit still I understand, or to just hang somewhere. These charms were more appealing than those with the other company and cheaper and seem good quality still. I am not sure how they will hang as a bracelet as the charms all slide down along in a lump which I would not want in a bracelet, I am not sure if the bracelets with the other company do the same , they may do. As I was thinking primarily as a set of charms to hang near her dressing table of keep as a token it was not a problem for me. The daughter charm was in the style where the bracelet threaded through the hole in the charm and did not sit very well but `I put it between the safety chain charm and the Catch which stabilised it, I might not buy one in that style again. I tried it on and spent quite a while trying to connect the catch, maybe 15 mins but maybe with practice it will be better. It is a very very pretty bracelet and set of charms and I'm very pleased with the this gift which is for a birthday in October. I like the box they came in which has the wording "jewellery that tells your story" which is very appropriate for the gift in my situation as I was trying to show the story of the life of the receiver, so a bit of luck perhaps! As for the delivery, that was a very disconcerting. I received an email that it was coming between 4 and 6.30pm and I tracked it around 5pm and the map came up and it was said to be 10 mins away which looked roughly right, but an hour passed and no one came, I was in and waiting and my phone accessible but no call or knock on the door. It read I think later that they had not been able to deliver it and it would be delivered not the next day but the day after but`i could go and pick it up that evening. Thinking I could go to the shop it was said to be held I decided to walk there the next day. `I arrived but they could not give it to me with the scan code and after looking into the website I also needed a new code to pick it up which I did not have, it did not seem to be issued. The staff at the shop did try and assist me, they were very good. So thinking I was meant to just wait for the delivery day I left it. On the delivery day `I tracked it early in the day and it said it was coming between 4 and 6.30 again. I was worried I might miss them and they would send the item back to china and considered staying in all day just in case. At 11am approx I decided I would just pop out briefly and fortunately and friend called and I talked to them for 10 mins. I finished the call and was just about to step out of the door and the item was delivered. I would have missed him as it was not in the time slot they said. Fortunately I was lucky to be in...just! A company called Relay was used which I had not heard of before. So the company may need to check their deliver system as I could not pick the item up myself, and I was given and incorrect delivery time, and prior to that it was said a delivery had been attempted but no one called me nor knock on the door. I also was under the impression when I bought it that I was buying the item from the USA but it came from China. It is a lovely set of items for my purpose . I am happy to be emailed or called if anyone wanted ti see what happened regarding the delivery as the whole order might have failed, Something is not working correctly. The delibery hub who came was very professional and polite however, the system needs improving.
