• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
• Delivery times depend on the shipping option you choose and your location. Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days and еxpress shipping takes 3-10 business days. 

International Shipping:

• We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries.
• International orders are subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country's customs regulations. Pangama Jewelry has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
• Delivery times depend on the shipping option you choose and your location. Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days and еxpress shipping takes 3-10 business days. 
  

Order Tracking:

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery.
• If you have any questions or concerns regarding the shipping status of your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Cancellation:

• You've got a 15 minute window to cancel after placing your order. You can do this by hitting the 'Cancel Order' button in your email confirmation. Once the order has been cancelled successfully, you'll receive an email to confirm the cancellation.
• Unfortunately, our Customer Support team can’t cancel orders once they’ve been placed.
• Once 15 minutes has passed since you placed the order, it can't be cancelled as it will be getting picked and packed soon in our warehouse. If you no longer wish to keep the order, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund.
